Where can I have the terminal delivered?
Delivery is available in Paris and the Île-de-France region, within a 30 km radius of Paris.
What equipment do you use?
We use a Canon EOS R100 camera, a professional speedlight flash for a studio-quality rendering, and a DNP thermal dye sublimation printer guaranteeing fast and high-quality prints.
Who can I contact if there are any problems?

Is there a security deposit?
A deposit of €1,000 is required on the day of the terminal's installation. It is returned after the event, once the equipment has been checked and if everything is in good condition.
How can I customize my event?
Once payment has been made, you will have access to all customization options. This will allow you to create a tailor-made event, true to your universe and exactly as you imagined it.
What happens if I exceed the print limit?
Unlimited photos can always be taken, with delivery by email or SMS. If the included number of prints is reached, shooting continues without interruption. Rest assured, our printing packages are sized to cover the entire duration of your event.
What print sizes are available?
We offer two print formats: the 5 × 15 cm strip format and the 10 × 15 cm Polaroid format. For each of these formats, the number of photos, their layout, colors, frame, and design are fully customizable. All these options can be chosen once the order has been placed.
